During our peak season (November to the end of April), Kiwi Journeys take on additional staff to help us in the busy summer season. We are looking for staff that know and love our region, but we would consider anyone who is passionate and hard working. As we are a seven day-a-week operation, we require staff to be available to work weekends and holidays. Have a look at the positions below and get in touch if they sound like you.

P Licence Drivers

Drivers role involves taking responsibility for transporting our clients, bikes, and luggage between different parts of their tours. You must have your P-licence and be great with our clients. The ability to think on your feet and lifting heavy E-bikes is essential. More work can be available if you are handy and willing to service bikes as well. Part time or full time positions working on a rostered basis.

Bike Mechanic

With depots in Nelson City, Mapua Wharf, Hokitika and Cromwell (Central Otago), Kiwi Journeys require motivated people to help with our day-to-day activities involved with renting of bikes, customer service and basic bike maintenance and upkeep. Area and trail knowledge is preferred and a get up and go attitude is required.
