It can be included as part of our Twin Trails Tour, combining the West Coast Wilderness Trail and the Great Taste Trail, offering a fantastic segway between these iconic routes. Alternatively, if you're already cycling the West Coast Wilderness Trail, the Kawatiri Coastal Trail is an excellent way to extend your experience, adding more variety and stunning scenery to your cycling adventure.

The Ultimate Cycling Trio
Starting from either the Great Taste Trail or the West Coast Wilderness Trail, our team will shuttle you seamlessly between trails.
Begin with the West Coast Wilderness Trail, and once you've finished it, we'll transport you to Westport for an overnight stay. The next day, you'll cycle the Kawatiri Coastal Trail, enjoying breathtaking coastal views. Afterwards, our West Coast team will collect you from Charleston and shuttle you to Hokitika, where your adventure on the West Coast Wilderness Trail will begin, ensuring a smooth and unforgettable journey from start to finish.

West Coast Wilderness Trail Add-On
After completing the West Coast Wilderness Trail in Greymouth, you'll be shuttled to Punakaiki, a stunning coastal village known for its dramatic landscapes and rugged beauty. Take in the breathtaking views of the Pancake Rocks and watch the powerful waves crash against the coastline. Be sure to visit the magnificent blowholes at Dolomite Point, where the sea surges through natural limestone formations, creating an impressive display.
The following day, our team will collect you and transport you to Westport, where your journey on the Kawatiri Coastal Trail begins. After completing the trail, we'll pick you up in Charleston, offering you the option to be transported back to Greymouth or Hokitika to continue your adventure or head home.
