The Mapua Ferry is owned and operated by Kiwi Journeys. It all started in 2012 when Andrew and Sherie Schwass purchased the Ferry and started Kiwi Journeys on the Mapua Wharf. The Mapua Ferry is seen as a key asset on the Great Taste Trail and is supported by the Tasman District Council.
Taking you from the peace and quiet of Rabbit Island to the vibrant collection of eateries, attractions, galleries, Golden Bear Brewery and Rimu Wine Bar, makes Mapua Wharf a must do experience. You can’t miss out on the Mapua Ferry.
